Gastronomy

The centrepiece of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa dining experience is formed by the historic buildings of Alpenrose and Lisl and the Bräustüberl with Alpseestube. This trio will satisfy the various demands of a wide range of target groups, both hotel guests and visitors, for breakfast or lunch, coffee and cake or dinner and drinks. Each of the three buildings has a carefully compiled dining concept. They are supplemented by the newly created Ludwig Bar, the central meeting point at the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa.

Lisl Restaurant & Terrasse

Our restaurant in the historic building of the former Schlosshotel Lisl has a special atmosphere at all times of the day and night. The large conservatory and three terraces have excellent views of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Located above the east wing of Neuschwanstein, you are close to the action – yet far away from the hustle and bustle.

Ludwig Bar

A stylish bar atmosphere featuring the royal history of Neuschwanstein. The Ludwig Bar is the central meeting place at the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa. A cosy place to relax beneath the Bavarian royal castles – ideal for relaxing after a day in nature, for a relaxed get together with business partners or for a digestif after a culinary experience in one of our restaurants.

Alpenrose am See Restaurant & Café

Alpenrose am See probably has the best view of the Alpsee. Or to be exact, our fantastic terrace does, where you can relax in a lounge atmosphere and watch the light dancing on the lake. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise or a refreshing sunset in the evening.

Schloss Bräustüberl & Alpseestube

Your royal restaurant and Biergarten in Hohenschwangau Down-to-earth, rustic and cosy: in the Schloss Bräustüberl with the Alpseestube and the Biergarten, you will experience the romance of the Allgäu Alps up close.
