Gastronomy

The centrepiece of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa dining experience is formed by the historic buildings of Alpenrose and Lisl and the Bräustüberl with Alpseestube. This trio will satisfy the various demands of a wide range of target groups, both hotel guests and visitors, for breakfast or lunch, coffee and cake or dinner and drinks. Each of the three buildings has a carefully compiled dining concept. They are supplemented by the newly created Ludwig Bar, the central meeting point at the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa.

External guests are also welcome to enjoy our culinary offerings – from breakfast (for EUR 28.00 per person) to lunch, dinner and drinks.

We would like to inform you that our Lisl Restaurant will be temporarily closed from 8 to 13 February 2026 due to kitchen renovations.

From 9 to 13 February 2026, we welcome you to breakfast in the Alpenrose building, where you can enjoy our varied buffet with a magnificent view of the Alpsee.

From 8 to 12 February 2026, we will be serving your half-board menu or a selection from our à la carte menu in the Bavarian Schloss Bräustüberl in the evenings (6 p.m. to 9 p.m.).

In addition, from 8 to 13 February 2026, we will serve you a delicious snack platter in the Ludwig Bar upon request.
