At the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa, our 4 elements spa awaits you on 850 square meters for true Allgäu Alpine wellness. Fire and water, air and earth: the doctrine of the four elements, known since ancient times, states that all living things are determined by these elemental forces. And that harmony and well-being are the result of their perfect balance.

Inspired by the traditional knowledge of the healing and effective powers of nature, everything in our 4 elements spa revolves around holism. The composition of space, time and nature promises well-being, health and balancing energy. In the spa, towels as well as water are available for your refreshment.

Our 4 elements spa with various saunas, an indoor pool with waterfall, experience showers, an ice fountain and a relaxation room with a fantastic view of the Alpsee is available to you daily from 10:00 am - 08:00 pm. You can also use our modern fitness area and take part in our weekly changing activity programme.

Day Spa Breakfast

Get your day off to the best possible start with our extensive breakfast buffet. From 7:00 am to 11:00 am, you can choose from a wealth of culinary delights, including freshly baked bread rolls, a selection of delicious cheeses, fresh fruit, savoury spreads, warm specialities such as scrambled eggs and bacon and a tempting range of sweet treats such as pastries and fresh juices. The fitness area at the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa has various cardio machines as well as various utensils for free weight training ready for you. In addition, fresh towels and water are available for refreshment at any time.

Appointments

We offer massage appointments daily from 10:00 - 18:30 on request and subject to availability. We recommend that you book treatment appointments well in advance. Our spa team will be happy to advise you on our spa programme.

Arrival Time | Cancellations | Date Changes

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked treatments at our spa reception in order to get into the right mood for your treatment in our 4 elements spa. If you are late, this time will be deducted from your treatment time. If you would like to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the beginning of your treatment. Otherwise we will have to charge you 100% of the treatment price.

Health

Please fill out an anamnesis form before the start of treatment and inform us of any medical specialties when you make your appointment. Please understand that we are not allowed to carry out every application in case of certain pre-existing conditions.

Pregnancy & Nursing

Congratulations! We are pleased to assist you which individual treatments are possible in your wonderful circumstances.

Valuables

Please leave all valuables, jewellery and watches in your room safe or in a locker at the spa area. The key for the locker will be provided at the spa reception.

Silence & Tranquility

Out of consideration for the recreational value of other guests, we ask you to switch off your mobile phones and avoid from using laptops and tablets.

Please follow the corresponding posted rules. The instructions of all 4 elements spa employees must always be followed. For hygienic reasons, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our 4 elements spa.
