Nestled between wooded mountain slopes and the panoramic view of the Alpine foothills, it lies peacefully and picturesquely at the foot of the royal castles. Its turquoise waters shimmer in contrast to the green of the trees, and the mountains are reflected in it, depending on the light.

Visitors to our 4 elements spa experience the best of both worlds: indoors, our indoor pool awaits you, whilst outside you can swim in one of Bavaria’s cleanest lakes. In summer, the Alpseebad – just a few minutes’ walk away – beckons with gentle access to the water and well-maintained sunbathing lawns.

Would you like to experience the lake in its entirety? Enjoy a cool drink in our Alpenrose beer garden, which offers unobstructed views of the mountain lake. You can also hire pedalos or rowing boats and experience the crystal-clear water in a different way.
