Royal indulgence meets Alpine scenery

The gastronomic heart of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa beats in several historic buildings and invites you to enjoy culinary discoveries in a unique atmosphere. The Lisl Restaurant & Terrace offers a modern interpretation of royal cuisine, inspired by the recipes and preferences of the Bavarian monarchs. The Alpenrose am See delights with its location right on the water and offers what is probably the most beautiful view of the Alpsee from its spacious terrace. The Schloss Bräustüberl and the Alpseestube stand for Bavarian hospitality and hearty specialities in a convivial atmosphere. Our offering is complemented by the stylish Ludwig Bar – the resort's central meeting place, ideal for an aperitif with a bar snack or a relaxed end to the day.

The Resort

The combination of tradition and modernity continues in the interior of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa. A warm colour scheme and the use of natural materials such as wood, leather and linen tie in with the original furnishings of the historic rooms and are interpreted in a contemporary way.

An outdoor dining area is set with white tablecloths and colorful decorations, featuring potted plants and fresh fruits. Umbrellas provide shade, and lanterns hang from trees. In the background, a mountain landscape with a castle can be seen, enhancing the scenic ambiance.

The AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa offers exceptional locations for events of various kinds. The rooms can be combined with each other and can be furnished with variable seating arrangements.
