Our training programme includes the following areas:
- Housekeeping
- Service in four main areas: Bar, restaurant, banqueting, breakfast
- Reception
- Reservations
- Convention Sales
- Cuisine
- Two training blocks per year of approx. 6 weeks each
Cook m/f/d
Our training programme includes the following areas:
- Breakfast kitchen
- Gardemanger
- Entremêtier
- Saucier
- Pâtisserie
- Breakfast service
- Two training blocks per year of approx. 6 weeks
Specialist for restaurant and event catering m/f/d
Our training programme includes the following areas:
- Service in four main areas: Bar, restaurant, banquet, breakfast
- À la carte in the cantinetta ristorante & bar
- Convention sales
- Kitchen
- Two training blocks per year of approx. 6 weeks each
Gastronomy specialist (specialising in restaurant service, 2-year apprenticeship) m/f/d

- Kitchen
