The AMERON Hamburg Hotel Speicherstadt is the first and only hotel in Speicherstadt and part of the historic, listed ensemble of buildings. With 192 rooms and junior suites on seven storeys, it receives its guests in an extraordinary ambience.

The interior is inspired by the style of the 50s and 60s, combining classic and modern elements. Warm colours, dark wood, velvet and quality gold accents are united with contemporary straight lines. They are supplemented by selected works of art and items lent by the Maritime Museum which are displayed throughout the hotel. These give the building a homely and inspiring atmosphere while at the same time telling the history of Speicherstadt.

The charm of past times is also palpable in the event location, the historic building of the former coffee exchange. Seven rooms provide space for individual events – from congresses and conferences to weddings.

We provide complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms as well as in the lobby.

Where can I park my car?

The public contipark parking garage Speicherstadt (Am Sandtorkai 6) is directly adjacent to our hotel and it is EUR 28.00 per day. You are able to pay these fees at check-out at our reception. You will find direct access to our hotel on the "Hamburg" level. Clearance height: 1.95m. Passage width: 2.52m. Further information is available on the parking garage homepage.

Do I need to reserve a parking-lot?

There is no need to pre book a parking-lot.

Are there e-charging points nearby?

In the public parking garage "Contipark Speicherstadt," which is directly adjacent to the hotel, there are 30 electric vehicle charging stations provided by the company Vattenfall, available for your use. You will find direct access to our hotel on the level named "Hamburg." The availability and billing can be accessed via common smartphone apps or charging cards. For further information, please refer to the instructions at the charging stations on site or contact the provider directly if you have any questions.

Is there a parking space for bicycles?

In the parking garage connected to the hotel, you have the possibility to park your bikes in a secure room. Please note that your e-bike batteries may not be stored in your room for fire safety reasons. For more information please contact our reception

No, we do not offer a shuttle but are happy to advise you on how to get to us with public transportation.

We offer an A/C in all our rooms which allows you to change temperature between +2 und -2 °C.

At what time can I check in?

In general, the reception is open 24 hours a day and you can check in at any time. However, we can only guarantee that you will be able to move into your room after 3 pm.
