Every Sunday at Studio Bellerive – in collaboration with Laurent‑Perrier. Enjoy our exclusive Champagne Brunch every Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm – a stylish moment of indulgence to bring your week to a relaxed and delightful close. Look forward to the finest breakfast selections, served on tiered stands at your table, accompanied by a choice of egg dishes and selected warm specialties. In addition, refined lunch creations are available – all freshly prepared and served directly at your table. Raise a glass of Laurent‑Perrier Champagne to the weekend and let yourself be culinary pampered. 

Price: CHF 95.00 per person (incl. ½ bottle of Laurent‑Perrier La Cuvée, coffee and tea selections, and water) – Children aged 6 to 12: CHF 40.00.

A very special Sunday pleasure: From 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, the stylish Studio Bellerive invites you to an exclusive Champagne Brunch. Enjoy a refined breakfast and starter buffet, creative main courses freshly served at the table, and fine homemade desserts.

One evening, two chefs, and endless flavour: At the AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac, Norbert Kiraly from Studio Bellerive and Dávid Imre Rózsa from the gourmet restaurant 1910 at Hotel Belvedere Grindelwald unite their culinary signatures to create a unique 4 Hands Menu. 

Look forward to creative plays of aroma, alpine elegance, and modern precision – accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines presented by our partner von Salis, as well as fine vintages from our own winery, Schloss Ortenberg.
