By train
Regular, direct train connections to all major Swiss cities as well as to the most important metropolises in Europe guarantee a comfortable journey. Zurich airport (approx. 65 km) in approx. 45 minutes by car.
Basel airport (approx. 104 km) in approx. 75 minutes by car.
However, we recommend one of the direct train connections to Lucerne railway station - you can reach the hotel on foot in less than 5 minutes.
By car
Lucerne can also be easily reached by car and has motorway connections to Zurich, Bern and Basel, as well as to the whole of Central Switzerland and the Bernese Oberland.

Do you have car parking spaces and can I pre book them?
Adjacent to the hotel, you will find the public parking garage Flora, where our hotel guests can park their cars at a special rate of CHF 28.00 per night, subject to availability. Please settle your parking fees upon departure at the hotel reception.
Alternative parking option – train station parking:
As an alternative, we recommend purchasing multi-day tickets at the nearby train station parking lot. Multi-day tickets must be purchased via Parkingpay and offer the following advantages:
- Various parking duration options available (1 to 14 days)
- Prices are the same as on site
- Multi-day tickets (or new permits) can be purchased conveniently online and in advance
- This option is available to all Swiss guests and tourists
- Instructions available in German and English
Important change from January 1, 2026: From January 1, 2026, physical multi-day tickets will no longer be available on site at the station parking lot. Do you offer WiFi?
We are pleased to offer you a free WiFi service in your room and in the public areas, which is also valid in the city centre of Lucerne.
When can I check in?
Your room will be available as of 3pm. Should you wish to arrive earlier, please contact our front desk.
How long can I stay in my room on the day of departure?
Our checkout time is 12 noon.
Do you have rooms with balconies?
Yes, our Premium Rooms have a balcony.
Which type of beds do you have?
Depending on the room category, we offer Queen-Size and King-Size beds. Upon request, we also have a few rooms with Twin beds available. Please contact our reservations department to inquire and confirm availability.
Up to what age do children stay overnight for free?
Children up to the age of 5 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed.
