This enables us to draw attention to what really matters – the taste and your enjoyment.
And when we prepare the most popular of all classic dishes - pizza, we also concentrate on what really matters. Using the “genuine” Neapolitan pizza as our model, for the base we use only top-quality pizza flour from Caputo, fresh yeast, salt water, water and extra-virgin olive oil and we leave it to rest for 48 hours. Then we roll it out until it is thin and top it with a fruity sauce made of sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella and we then bake our pizzas in a stone oven at 375° C. That enables us to make original Pizza Neapolitana in just four minutes – crispy, airy and aromatic.
