In our cosy "Cervolino" restaurant, we serve Graubünden specialities, cheese fondue and fondue chinoise.
The quality of the ingredients is very important for these dishes and we use a wide range of cheese varieties from Davos dairy, with only fresh vegetables and top quality herbs being used for our aromatic broths for the fondue. And the secret behind our delicious desserts is that we prepare them lovingly just for you.
