Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in the hotel and there will be a charge of CHF 25 per night. However please note that dogs are not allowed into the restaurants and wellness area.

Arrival & Parking

By car

You are welcome to park your car in the underground car park, for which a charge is made. We cannot reserve garage spaces for our guests in advance. Please contact our colleagues at reception first, as we only have a limited number of parking spaces. These cost CHF 23 per parking space/night in winter (Nov. to April), CHF 25 at Christmas / New Year and CHF 15 in summer (May to Oct.). Should our car park be full, you are welcome to use the Symondpark (Migros) car park at their conditions, which is right next to our hotel.

By plane

Zurich airport is 155 km and about 2 hours drive from Davos.
Basel-Mulhouse airport is 240 km and about 3 hours drive from Davos.
On request we can help you organise a transfer from the airport to the hotel.

By train

If you are travelling to Davos by train, we recommend that you get off at Davos Dorf station. It is then a 15-minute walk along the promenade to the hotel. Or you can take bus line 1 (direction Spital/Davos Glaris) or bus line 3 (direction Bahnhof Davos Platz) and get off at the bus station "Schiabach". From there, walk in the direction of travel for about 2 minutes and you will see the hotel on the right-hand side of the road.

The buses run every 7 to 10 minutes during the day.

From and to Davos train station, we offer a transfer on your arrival and departure day, depending on availability. The cost is CHF 15.00 per journey for up to 3 people, each additional person costs CHF 5.00 extra. Please let us know the arrival and departure times well in advance.

Can I prebook a parking lot?

No, this is unfortunately not possible.

Are there exceptions?

During the yearly WEF in January we unfortunately cannot provide any parking spaces.

Do you offer a shuttle service?

From and to Davos train station we offer a transfer on your arrival and departure day, depending on availability. The cost is CHF 15.00 per journey for up to 3 people, each additional person costs CHF 5.00 extra. Please let us know the arrival and departure times well in advance.

Do you provide WiFi?

We provide complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms as well as in the lobby.

At what time can I check in?

Check-in time is 3pm.

Until what time can I use my room on the departure day?

Check-out time is 11a.m.

Are interconnecting rooms available?

Yes, the hotel has rooms that are interconnecting. Please let us know in advance if you require them.

Do you have baby cots?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a baby cot if you let us know in advance.

Is there an extra bed? Yes, we also have extra beds. For bookings for more than 2 persons, we recommend that you choose a 45 m² junior suite. Should you nevertheless wish to have an additional bed in our 29 m² double rooms, this is possible for children up to 11 years at a surcharge of CHF 20 per night, and from 12 years onwards at an extra charge of CHF 30 per night. Please mention this when making your reservation.

Does the hotel have rooms with balcony?

All our rooms have balconies.

Does the hotel have a SPA?

We have a large fitness and wellness area with an indoor pool, a gym and sauna, steam bath, and relaxation zone.

Do you provide towels and bathrobes?

Yes, we offer towels and bathrobes free of charge while using the wellness area.
