The Oliveto is not like any other Italian restaurant. This is not only due to the fantastic views of the Rhine that you can enjoy in the restaurant and on our terrace, but also to the exceptional culinary experience.
"Back to the roots" is the guiding principle of our kitchen team. Authentic Italian cuisine forms the basis of our creations, which use only a few selected ingredients.
With the aim of emphasising the purity and authenticity of the individual flavours, our kitchen brigade makes traditional Italian dishes a new experience: familiar and yet surprisingly different.
