A competition realised by means of fans/followers is not part of the Facebook & Instagram network and is neither offered, supervised nor supported by Facebook & Instagram. The organiser of this competition is the AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac.

All data provided by the participant (via personal message or e-mail) will not be transmitted to Facebook & Instagram in any way, but will only be made available to the AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac.

The participant data will be used exclusively for prize notification and relevant information (e.g. dispatch) relating to the current AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac competition and will then be deleted.

Who can take part?

All Instagram users who follow the AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac account (https://www.instagram.com/ameronzurich/) can take part in the competition. Anyone aged 18 or over who is resident in Switzerland or the EU may take part. Employees of AMERON Hotels and the Althoff COLLECTION, as well as their relatives, are excluded.

Competition period and prizes:

The competition begins with the first raffle posting. The competition ends on Thursday, 10 October 2024 at 12:00 noon. All interactions and entries after this time can no longer be considered.

Determination of the winner:

The winner will be determined at random, e.g. with Fanpage Karma.

Notification of winnings:

The winner(s) will be informed by personal message. Participants are aware that messages via Facebook & Instagram may end up in the miscellaneous folder and will therefore not be displayed immediately.

Users who do not respond to the prize notification by 11 October 2024, 12:00 noon will forfeit their claim to the prize.

Liability

The AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac is not liable for competition entries (e.g. comments, links or images) that are unlawful. The contributions may not contain any insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright offences. Users are liable for any legal violations.

Disruptions and premature termination of the competition

Abuse by obtaining votes in an unfair manner, e.g. through a technical loophole, is prohibited and will lead to exclusion. In such cases, the AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the competition if circumstances make this necessary.

Likewise, in the event of technical faults or premature termination by Facebook & Instagram, the AMERON Zurich Bellerive au Lac reserves the right to extend the participation period or repeat the competition.

Final declaration

By participating (becoming a fan/follower of @ameronzurich, @studiobellerive and @ameroncollection, liking, sharing the competition post), users agree to the above conditions of participation and the privacy policy.
