Who can take part?

All Instagram users who follow the accounts of Restaurant Studio Bellerive (https://www.instagram.com/studiobellerive/) and Sandro Roth (https://www.instagram.com/sandro_roth/) are eligible to participate. Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Switzerland or the EU. Employees of AMERON Hotels and the Althoff Hotel Collection, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. 

Competition period and prizes:

The giveaway begins with the first giveaway post. The giveaway ends on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Any interactions or entries after this time will not be considered.

Determination of the winner:

The winner will be determined at random, e.g. with Fanpage Karma.

Notification of winnings:

The winner(s) will be notified via personal message. Participants are aware that messages sent via Facebook & Instagram may land in the "Other" folder and therefore may not be immediately visible. 

Users who do not respond to the winner notification by May 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM, forfeit their claim to the prize. 

Liability

AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac is not liable for giveaway entries (e.g., comments, links, or images) that are unlawful. Entries must not contain insults, false statements, or infringements of competition, trademark, or copyright laws. Users are responsible for any legal violations. 

Disruptions and premature termination of the competition

Abuse, such as obtaining votes in an unfair manner (e.g., exploiting a technical loophole), is prohibited and will result in disqualification. AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate the giveaway in such cases if circumstances make it necessary. 

In the event of technical disruptions or early termination by Facebook or Instagram, AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac may extend the participation period or repeat the giveaway.
