  • The event team will check your preferred date, taking into account the planned number of participants, and then get in touch with you
  • We will arrange a viewing appointment to show you the conditions on site
  • We discuss the possibilities and advise you on your ideas and the possible sequence of events
  • We will provide you with an initial non-binding offer
  • Take your time in making your decision - we are always available to answer any questions you may have
  • Have you decided in favour of the AMERON Neuschwanstein as your wedding venue? We look forward to the confirmation of the offer
  • We will then go into further planning together, a menu and drinks arrangement will be made at least 4-6 weeks before the event
  • The big day has arrived: We will introduce you to the service management and guide you through the day

Potential schedule for your wedding reception

THIS IS WHAT YOUR WEDDING DAY COULD LOOK LIKE

  • Arrive the day before to start the wedding day relaxed and to fortify yourself for the big day with a royal breakfast
  • Perhaps your guests will also arrive the day before? Our hotel offers many amenities, such as the direct proximity to the two royal castles Hohenschwangau Castle and Neuschwanstein Castle or our gastronomic offerings
  • You decide: A free wedding ceremony on our lawn above the spa area and with a view of the Alpsee or a church wedding
  • Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing aperitif and finger food on the terrace or in the hotel courtyard
  • For dinner, a 3-course menu from approx. EUR 60.00 or a sumptuous buffet from approx. EUR 65.00 per person awaits you - we will be happy to put together a customised menu or buffet according to your wishes
  • For suitable drinks, we will advise you personally and individually - our high-quality wine list starts at a bottle price of approx. EUR 35.00
