A competition carried out by means of becoming a fan/follower is not part of the Facebook & Instagram network and is neither offered, supervised nor supported by Facebook & Instagram. The organisers of this competition are the AMERON Collection and the AMERON Munich Motorworld.

All data provided by the participant (via personal message or email) will not be transmitted to Facebook & Instagram in any way, but will only be provided to the AMERON Collection and the AMERON Munich Motorworld.

The participant data will only be used for prize notification and relevant information (e.g. shipping) relating to the current competition of the AMERON Collection and the AMERON München Motorworld and will be deleted thereafter.

Who can participate?

All Instagram users who follow the AMERON Collection and AMERON München Motorworld account (https://www.instagram.com/ameronmotorworld) can take part in the competition. Anyone over the age of 18 who is resident in Switzerland or the EU may participate. Employees of the AMERON Collection and the Althoff Collection and their relatives are excluded.

Competition period and prizes:

The competition starts with the first competition post. The competition ends on Tuesday 22 February 2022 at 23:59. All interactions and entries after this time cannot be considered.

Winners' determination:

The winner will be chosen at random, e.g. with Fanpage Karma.

Winning notification:

The winner(s) will be informed by personal message. The participant is aware that messages via Facebook & Instagram may end up in the Miscellaneous folder and will therefore not be displayed immediately.

Users who do not respond to the prize notification by 11:59pm on 27 February 2022 will forfeit their prize entitlement.

Liability

The AMERON Collection and the AMERON München Motorworld are not liable for competition entries (e.g. comments, links or images) that are illegal. The entries may not contain insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements. Users must take responsibility for any legal violations.

Disruptions and premature termination of the competition

Abuse by procuring votes in an unfair manner, e.g. through a technical loophole, is prohibited and will result in exclusion. The AMERON Collection and the AMERON München Motorworld reserve the right to change or adapt the competition in such cases or to terminate it if this is necessary due to circumstances.

Likewise, in the event of technical malfunctions or premature termination on the part of Facebook & Instagram, the AMERON Collection and the AMERON München Motorworld have the option of extending the participation period or repeating it.

Final declaration

By participating (becoming a fan/follower, liking, commenting on the competition entry), the user agrees to the above conditions of participation and the data protection guidelines.
